Applying F.R.P
F.R.P stands for ‘Fiber Reinforced Polymer’. In these coatings which are also known as composite coatings, the resin is reinforced by the fiber and a third composite material is produced, whose properties are different from its main constituent parts, i.e. resin and its fibers. Depending on the type of application, several resins in the industry including epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester are used. Also, the type of fiber and its texture method vary from application to application, including carbon fibers, glass, etc.
