Applying Industrial Florring
Due to its epoxy alkaline pH and its high pliability and adherence to concrete surfaces, this flooring is one of the most utilized coatings to protect concrete. This flooring is used in construction industries such as parking lots and transit zones, pharmaceutical industries such as drug warehouses and clean rooms for drug manufacture, chemical industry, food, etc. It varies from 500 microns to several millimeters, depending on the surface smoothness, mechanical strength and other factors. The applying method is manual and runs in primer, middle and top layers. ‘Mana Polymer’ has recently developed a basic water based type of flooring that has high adherence to concrete and is environment-friendly, while its cost is far lower than the no-solvent content.
